On February 10, FiveStar, in partnership with CultureLink, hosted “Between the Inner Sea – ROM Art Journey” at the Royal Ontario Museum. In a warm and engaging setting, members came together for an immersive cultural and educational experience, exploring the mysterious and captivating world of sharks through guided storytelling and interactive exhibits. The event not only combined art and science but also encouraged curiosity, connection, and shared learning among participants.

Event Highlights

• Expert-Guided Exploration: A professional museum interpreter led the group through the Sharks Exhibition, offering vivid insights into shark species, behaviors, and their vital role in maintaining ocean ecosystems.
• Hands-On Fossil Experience: Participants discovered the fascinating “conveyor belt” system of shark teeth and had the rare opportunity to see and touch real shark tooth fossils up close.
